At EJ Beauty Scoops, all sales are final.

Due to the nature of our products (mystery scoops), items are selected at random and may vary. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept that you will receive a surprise selection of products.

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges based on personal preference, dissatisfaction with items received, or duplicate products.

We will only offer a replacement or refund if:

• Your order arrives damaged
• Items are missing from your order

If there is an issue with your order, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photo evidence.

We reserve the right to refuse any refund or return request that does not meet the above conditions.
